Orders

Once you have found the right product, select the size, colour or other available variant and click “Add to cart”. You can then continue shopping or go straight to checkout. To complete your order, enter your contact details, choose a payment method and confirm the payment.

You will receive your order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. Please check your inbox and spam folder if you cannot see it.

We start processing your order once the payment has been confirmed.

Your order number will be included in the order confirmation email. If you cannot find the message, please check your spam folder.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for your order by PayPal or by card using an encrypted payment system.

After a successful PayPal or card payment, you will receive confirmation by email. In most cases, your order confirmation also confirms that the payment has been received.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been issued.

CHANGES TO THE ORDER

You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed. If you want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within one hour of placing the order.

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to change the colour or size. Please email contact@pelie.co.uk as soon as possible and include your order number and the requested change.

COMPLAINTS

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email contact@pelie.co.uk with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. If your claim is accepted, we will send a replacement at our expense and you will not need to return the defective product.

Some orders may be shipped in separate parcels. This helps us send available products faster, but it also means that items from the same order may arrive at different times.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Please contact us for return instructions before sending the product back.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Standard UK delivery is free on every order.

Parcels are usually delivered by Royal Mail or one of our delivery partners.

Pelie.co.uk mainly ships orders to the UK. International delivery may be available to selected countries.

You can track your order on the website: https://www.17track.net. We will send you the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

No, we currently do not offer payment on delivery. Orders must be paid for online before they are processed.

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks after payment is confirmed. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to carrier delays. The maximum delivery time is 60 business days.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email.

Tracking information may take a few days to update after the parcel has been shipped. If your tracking status has not changed for some time, please check again later. If your order has not arrived within 60 business days, contact us at contact@pelie.co.uk.

Orders may be shipped by our partners from warehouses outside the European Union.
