Order

When you find the right product, select the appropriate variant and press the "Add to cart" button. Then you can add other products or proceed immediately by clicking "Proceed to payment". The last step is to complete the contact details and pay for the order.

We send the order confirmation immediately to the provided e-mail address or telephone number. You will receive all information regarding the shipment in the message.

We start processing orders immediately after the payment is credited.

The order number in the format "PXXXXXX" (eg P924311, P922201), should be sent immediately after the purchase to the e-mail or telephone number together with the order confirmation. In case of problems, please check the SPAM folder.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for the order:

- safe and instant payment via PayPal,

- an encrypted payment by a payment card.

In the case of payment by quick transfer or PayPal payment, you will receive a payment confirmation immediately after a successful transaction to the e-mail address provided.In the case of payment by card, the payment confirmation is the order confirmation.

CHANGES TO THE ORDER

The order may be canceled if it has not yet moved to the next stage of implementation.To cancel the order, please do not delay and inform us about it within one hour of placing the order. 

If the order has not yet been processed, it is possible to change the color or size.Please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail contact@pelie.co.uk with the order number and the changes you want to make.

COMPLAINTS

In a situation where the product did not come in perfect condition, please send an e-mail to contact@pelie.co.uk with the order number and photos showing the defects.If the complaint is accepted, we will send you a new product completely at our expense, without the need to return the defective goods.

Sometimes, in order to speed up the delivery time, the ordered products are shipped in separate packages.Thanks to this, we do not waste time completing the order, but we only send the goods that are in stock with our suppliers.For this reason, the delivery time for individual products within one order may vary.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

To meet the expectations of our clients and customers, standard delivery is FREE

All parcels are delivered via Royal Mail. In the case of foreign shipments, the local operator is responsible for delivery.

We ship orders mainly to UK. However, especially for foreign customers, we have prepared an offer of international shipment to over 150 countries.

You can track your order on the website: https://www.17track.net. We will send you the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to pay on delivery.In case of problems with paying for the order, we enable payment by traditional bank transfer.

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks from the moment of paying for the order. Sometimes, however, usually due to the carrier's fault, the delivery is longer, so the maximum delivery time is sixty business days.

Orders are shipped from 1 to 5 business days from the moment the payment is credited. After sending the package, we immediately send a confirmation message and tracking number to the e-mail or telephone number provided.

Don't worry, shipment numbers are usually updated with a delay of several days, so immediately after sending it, it may not be visible in the system.Please do not worry if the shipment status in the system has not changed for a long time.However, if the parcel does not arrive within the statutory 60 days, please contact us.

Parcels are sent by our partner outside the European Union, because we do not have our own logistics center in Poland.
